		<description>I was at a talk that Bill gave in Las Vegas several years ago re: food claims.  As an atty who is on the other side of these claims for food service establishments down here in SC, I wish more plaintiff&#039;s lawyers with these types of cases would take a page from Bill&#039;s playbook.  He&#039;s a straight up guy who clearly knows what he&#039;s doing.  He isn&#039;t going to prosecute a junk case.  It&#039;s a frustrating thing to be defending a food claim with someone who doesn&#039;t understand theories of recovery; burden of proof, etc. @cstegmaier</description>
